This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs how you may use Inkvor's AI generation services. By using Inkvor, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all inputs you provide (prompts, reference images, uploaded files), all generated outputs (images, videos, restored photos), and all account activity on the Inkvor platform.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use Inkvor to generate, upload, or distribute:
2.1 Illegal Content
- Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Material used for fraud, phishing, scams, or illegal transactions
- Content designed to circumvent law enforcement or evade legal processes
- Material supporting cyberattacks, malware, or unauthorized system access
2.2 Sexual & Adult Content
- Explicit sexual or pornographic content of any kind
- Any content that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or abuses minors (CSAM) — this is an absolute prohibition with zero tolerance. We report all detected violations to the appropriate authorities
- Content that sexualizes real, identifiable individuals without verified consent
2.3 Deepfakes & Identity Abuse
- Non-consensual deepfakes of real people
- Impersonation of public figures, celebrities, or private individuals
- Using someone's likeness without their permission
- Content designed to defame, harass, or harm specific individuals
2.4 Intellectual Property Violations
- Reproducing copyrighted characters, artwork, or brand assets without authorization
- Content that infringes trademarks or trade dress
- Generating content designed to infringe third-party intellectual property rights
2.5 Harmful & Misleading Content
- Deliberately misleading political, electoral, or propaganda material
- False medical, financial, or legal information presented as authoritative
- Hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
- Content glorifying or inciting violence or terrorism
3. Content Moderation
Inkvor uses automated and manual review processes to detect policy violations. Prompts, uploaded content, and generated outputs may be reviewed for compliance. We reserve the right to refuse generation, remove content, or report violations to law enforcement where required by law.
4. Consequences of Violations
- Refusal to generate the requested content
- Removal of violating content from our systems
- Temporary or permanent account suspension
- Termination of service without refund
- Reporting to law enforcement agencies where legally required
5. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit, any images or files you upload, and the ways you use or distribute generated outputs. Inkvor's AI models may occasionally produce unexpected results; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before use or distribution.
6. Reporting Violations & Appeals
To report a violation or appeal an account action, contact us at support@inkvor.com. Please include your account email, a description of the issue, and any relevant evidence. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
7. Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy as our platform evolves. Continued use of Inkvor after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
