Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Inkvor. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all purchases made through Inkvor, including monthly subscriptions and any future one-time credit purchases.
2. Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible.
3. Eligible for Refund
- Billing errors or duplicate charges caused by a technical fault on our side
- Subscription charged after a confirmed cancellation
- Platform outage exceeding 24 hours that prevented you from using your credits
- First-time subscription purchase within the 7-day window with minimal credits used
4. Not Eligible for Refund
- Credits that have already been consumed
- Generations that completed successfully, even if you are dissatisfied with the creative output
- Accounts suspended for violating our Acceptable Use Policy
- Requests submitted after the 7-day refund window
- Partial refunds for partially used subscription periods
5. AI Generation Failures
If a generation task fails due to a model error, timeout, or platform issue, credits are automatically returned to your account balance. No manual request is needed. You can verify your credit balance at any time in your account dashboard.
6. Subjective Dissatisfaction
AI-generated content is inherently non-deterministic. We cannot guarantee a specific visual outcome from any given prompt. Successfully completed generations that do not meet your personal expectations are not eligible for refunds. We recommend testing with the free tier before subscribing.
7. Cancellation & Subscription End
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days in the current period.
8. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@inkvor.com with:
- Your account email address
- Order or transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
9. Before Filing a Chargeback
Please contact us at support@inkvor.com before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We can usually resolve billing issues quickly and directly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
10. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Refunds are issued through the same payment channel used for the original transaction.
